消息面上，达力普控股近日宣布，全资子公司达力普国际与中冶京诚工程技术签署合作备忘录，达力普国际将委托中冶京诚承担公司在沙特达曼萨勒曼国王能源城(SPARK)将要投资建设的研发中心、智慧中心、制造中心和能动中心等的工厂总图设计、生产工艺三维设计和工程建设及工程管理等工作。
消息面上，达力普控股本月初发布公告称，在阿布扎比国际石油展览会上与沙特阿美全资子公司-萨勒曼国王能源城“SPARK”签署意向函，双方将就公司在SPARK建设生产基本项目签署谅解备忘录。值得注意的是，今年3月份，达力普宣布，董事会通过对中东未来战略发展的规划，规划建立中东区域总部、研发中心、智慧工厂和数据控制中心等，来进一步完善公司于中东的未来长期战略，实现服务世界能源领域一流客户及开拓中东、非洲、欧美国际市场等重要方向。
