智通财经APP讯，顺兴集团控股(01637)发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内道歉收益3.3亿港元，同比减少28.44%;期内亏损874.7万港元，同比收窄20.32%;每股基本亏损2.2港仙。
公告称，集团于本期间取得毛损约120万港元(2023年：毛利320万港元)及毛损率0.4%(2023年：毛利率0.7%)。该变化乃主要归因于(i)本期间收益减少及(ii)若干项目按照整体建筑计划变动延长施工期。
