公告称，截至2024年9月30日止6个月，集团提供评估及顾问服务为集团总收入贡献约73.4%。提供评估及顾问服务产生的服务费收益由截至2023年9月30日止6个月约1120万港元增加40.3%至截至2024年9月30日止6个月约1570万港元。有关增幅主要由于中国香港投资市场气氛活跃，导致并购增加，参与的项目数目亦有所增加。
