智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)发布公告，公司及其董事会注意到中国高速传动设备集团有限公司*(股份代号：658)(“中国高速”)于2024年11月24日作出内幕消息的的公告，截至本公告日期，中国高速为公司的附属公司，而集团持有中国高速的11.71亿股已发行普通股(占中国高速的现有已发行股本约71.62%)。
诚如该公告提述，中国高速的若干附属公司(“相关附属公司”)从事贸易业务，并在2023年或前后订立若干商品买卖协议(“该等协议”)。截至2024年10月31日，相关附属公司在该等协议项下合计已到期的应收款项及预付款项的总金额约为人民币66.4亿元(“相关款项”)。截至该公告日期，相关款项尚未被偿付。而且该等协议的若干交易对手方对相关款项已到期并应支付一事提出了异议。中国高速亦注意到该等协议是在未经中国高速的董事会批准的情况下订立，并已成立一个董事会独立委员会以进一步调查该等协议的背景。
