新焦点(00360.HK) 公布，全资附属纽福克斯光电与上海青浦工业园区发展(集团)于上周五(22日)，订立国有土地非居住房屋征收补偿协议。纽福克斯光电将根据其搬迁进度，收取补偿约3.7亿元人民币以及职工遣散费。
根据征收补偿协议，直至纽福克斯光电完成水、电、煤、燃气、电信等变更或注销的相关手续，并腾空目标物业以办理交接手续，以及提供目标物业的所有权证原件后30个工作日内，纽福克斯光电将收取全部补偿。另外，除非在少数情况下另行延期，否则交接须于2026年12月底前完成。
新焦点表示，纽福克斯光电将适时开始相关工作，包括但不限于寻找新土地及用于搬迁其生产厂房而可能收购的物业。集团管理层将尽最大努力降低物业征收，对集团的正常经营可能带来的不利影响。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
