智通财经APP获悉，四环医药(00460)尾盘涨近6%，截至发稿，涨4.48%，报0.7港元，成交额2026.1万港元。
消息面上，四环医药公布，建议分拆轩竹生物于联交所主板独立上市其H股。截至11月25日，四环医药间接拥有轩竹生物56.47%股份。按计划，于建议分拆及上市完成后，轩竹生物将仍为四环医药的附属公司。轩竹生物昨日向联交所提交上市申请表格，申请分拆公司的H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
此外，四环医药近日公布，旗下非全资附属公司惠升生物与另一非全资附属公司渼颜空间达成独家授权合作，涉及惠升生物研发的用于减重的司美格鲁肽注射液。该注射液作为一种长效GLP-1受体激动剂，已在中国大陆地区获得减重适应症的临床批准，并且在2型糖尿病适应症方面已完成III期临床入组。
