11月28日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局日前发布关于中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司参股中国银行股份有限公司的批复。批复显示，同意中信金融资产以协议安排方式参股中国银行股份有限公司，持有其10，495，701，000股H股股票，持股比例3.57%。

　　公开资料显示，中信金融资产前身为中国华融资产管理公司，成立于1999年11月1日，是为应对亚洲金融危机，化解金融风险，促进国有银行改革和国有企业脱困而成立的四大国有金融资产管理公司之一。2012年9月28日，该公司整体改制为股份有限公司。2015年10月30日，该公司在香港联交所主板上市。2022年3月，该公司党委划转至中信集团党委管理。
