金吾财讯 | 芯片股普遍受压，华虹半导体(01347)跌2.8%，宏光半导体(06908)跌1.89%，中芯国际(00981)跌1.4%，上海复旦(01385)跌0.71%。消息面上，据媒体，美国商会21日向会员发电子邮件称，拜登政府最早将于下周公布新的对华出口限制。这个总部位于华盛顿的强大游说团体在电子邮件中说，新规定可能会将多达200家中国芯片公司列入贸易限制名单，禁止大多数美国供应商向目标公司发货。电子邮件称，负责监管美国出口政策的商务部计划在28日的感恩节假期之前公布新规定。电子邮件还说，预计下个月将公布另一套限制向中国出口高带宽存储芯片的规定，作为更广泛的人工智能一揽子计划的一部分。知情人士称，第一轮监管规定很可能包括限制向中国出口芯片制造工具。
华龙证券研报指出，半导体为大国竞争重要领域，地缘政治加剧芯片供应短缺，自主可控迫在眉睫。另外，随着特朗普当选后可能加大对华科技禁运与贸易制裁，我国半导体自主可控不仅势在必行，且将不断加速。华泰证券表示，半导体出口限制范围如果进一步扩大，短期对中国半导体产业或造成一定影响，长期或促进国产替代。
