中国通号(03969.HK) 公布，今年9至10月在轨道交通市场共中标10个重要项目。当中，在铁路市场中标3个重要项目，在城市轨道交通市场中标7个重要项目。相关项目中标金额总计约31.07亿元人民币，约占公司中国会计准则下2023年经审计营业收入8.4%。
中国通号表示，因为上述项目跨年分期实施，对2024年当期业绩影响存在不确定性。若以上项目签订正式合同并顺利实施，在项目执行期间预计对公司产生较为积极的影响。另外，中国通号与上述招标人不存在关联关系，上述项目中标对公司业务独立性不构成影响。(js/w)
