【国家医保局回应“天价抗癌药”CAR-T为何难进医保目录】金十数据11月28日讯，11月28日上午，国家医保局召开新闻发布会，介绍2024年国家医保药品目录调整工作，并公布新版药品目录。据悉，本次调整后，目录内药品总数将增至3159种，在今年谈判/竞价环节，共有117个目录外药品参加，其中89个谈判/竞价成功，平均降价63%。记者注意到，此前通过“初步形式审查名单”的四款CAR-T（嵌合抗原受体T细胞）产品均未进入新版医保目录。新闻发布会上，国家医保局医疗保障事业管理中心副主任王国栋介绍，一些昂贵的细胞与基因治疗药物相继上市，仅仅依靠基本医保还难以做到完全支撑，目前国家医保局也在着力构建“1+3+N”多层次医疗保障体系，以更好支持创新药发展。（每经）
