智通财经APP讯，重塑能源(02570)于2024年11月28日至2024年12月3日招股，公司拟全球发售约482.79万股H股，其中，香港公开发售占约10%，国际发售占约90%，另有15%超额配股权。发售价不会高于每股H股165.00港元，且目前预期不会低于每股H股145.00港元。预期H股将于香港时间2024年12月6日(星期五)上午九时正开始买卖。H股将以每手买卖单位20股H股买卖。
