智通财经APP讯，宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，根据配售协议的条款及条件，配售代理已按每股配售股份7.05港元的配售价成功向不少于六名承配人配售合共3315万股配售股份，于紧接交割前占公司已发行股本数目约8.86%及已发行H股总数约9.50%，以及于紧随交割后站经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行H股总数约8.67%及已发行股本数目约8.14%。
经扣除配售事项佣金及配售事项的其他相关成本及开支后，配售事项所得款项净额约为2.3亿港元，相当于净配售价约每股配售股份6.93港元。
