智通财经APP讯，CHEVALIER INT'L(00025)发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入40.33亿港元，同比增加2.71%;公司股东应占溢利8031.8万港元，同比增加37.07%;每股基本盈利0.27港元;拟派发中期股息每股0.08港元。
公告称，于回顾期内，建筑及机械工程分类收入由25.11亿港元增加至27.59亿港元，增幅为10%。扣除净财务费用前的分类溢利由1.94亿港元减少至1.21亿港元，较去年同期减少38%。溢利减少主要由于利润率下降，尽管已完成工程增加，此与收入增加一致。于2024年9月30日，集团手头未完成的建筑及机械工程合约价值总额为87.64亿港元。
