智通财经APP获悉，九源基因(02566)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价12.42港元，共发行4539.88万股股份，每手200股，所得款项净额约4.85亿港元。截至发稿，跌39.61%，报7.5港元，成交额8389.25万港元。
招股书显示，九源基因于1993年创立，是一家总部设于浙江省的中国生物制药公司，拥有逾30年生物药品及医疗器械研发、生产及商业化经验。公司专注于四大快速增长中的治疗领域：骨科、代谢疾病、肿瘤及血液。值得注意的是，公司并不从事基因工程业务。
于2023年以按收益计量的市场份额计，九源生物若干产品在各自的产品头别中属于首款获批商业化国产产品并维持竞争地位。当中最瞩目的是其药械组合产品骨优导，根据灼识咨询的资料，其为中国首款获准销售的含rhBMP-2骨修复材料，于2023年中国骨修复材料市场中按销售收益计排名第一。
