　　勇利投资（01145）发布公告，经股东于股东特别大会上批准后，收购事项按照收购协议的条款及条件于2024年11月22日完成。紧接收购完成后，收购目标（Poly Odyssey Marine Corp．，其持有协议备忘录项下购买目标船舶（一艘名为“Diva”的船舶）的合约权利）已成为公司的全资拥有附属公司，并将根据协议备忘录继续完成目标船舶的收购。
