港府发行的基础建设零售债券昨日(26日)起接受认购，保底息率为3.5厘。中银香港个金产品助理总经理梁美怡表示，基础建设零售债券首日认购反应理想，该行客户平均认购金额明显比去年绿债首日平均水平高，大部分客户经电子渠道认购。
梁美怡提及，在减息预期下，基础建设零售债券可以让持有人于未来三年锁定最少3.5厘的保证回报，加上集资所得将用于基础建设工程，与民生息息相关，有助提升市民的参与感，相信在目前市况下属于一个具吸引力的投资选项。投资者若资金充裕，建议可认购15至20手。(js/w)
