【安踏体育计划回购10亿欧元可换股债券】金十数据11月26日讯，安踏体育(02020.HK)发布公告称，公司计划回购于2025年到期的10亿欧元零息有担保可换股债券。该债券由ANLLIAN Capital Limited发行，现有可换股债券在新加坡证券交易所上市，相关的担保已于2020年1月和2月的公告中披露。公司与交易经办人签订了交易经办人协议，委任摩根大通证券（亚太）有限公司、瑞士银行香港分行、摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司及中信里昂证券有限公司协助征询现有可换股债券持有人的出售意向。此次回购将不在美国境内进行，且需视乎市场状况及投资者需求等条件，回购的完成并不确定。
