智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)公布，自2024年11月25日起，韩浩已由独立非执行董事调任为执行董事，并不再担任薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会成员;单亦琦已由独立非执行董事调任为执行董事，并不再担任审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
同日起，徐颖德已获委任为独立非执行董事、审核委员会主席以及薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员;许镇德已获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。
此外，杜绍麟不再担任审核委员会主席，但仍为其成员，并获委任为薪酬委员会主席。
董事会已议决成立合规委员会，其书面职权范围书自2024年11月25日起生效。董事会已委任许镇德为合规委员会主席，而徐颖德及杜绍麟为合规委员会成员。
