　　竣球控股（01481）公布，目前，该集团已成功建立自身的货车车队，并开始在赞比亚开展物流业务。为进一步发展其物流业务，该集团同意以350万美元的代价向Heng Qu收购毗邻赞比亚及刚果（金）边境的该土地。该集团计划将该土地发展成为赞比亚及刚果（金）之间跨境物流运营的一站式物流中心。

　　据悉，公司的间接全资附属Tera Logistics将收购的该土地是位于赞比亚Copperbelt省恩多拉的（a）Kaniki 7 号地块（约46.67公顷）；及（b）F/2957 A分区（约48.44公顷）彼此相邻的两幅土地。该土地将用于建立集团自身的物流中心。
