智通财经APP讯，美中嘉和(02453)发布公告，于2024年11月25日，本公司控股的附属公司北京和信康科技有限公司已与其现任股东(包括本公司及和信康投资控股有限公司(和信康投资))及海南一龄医疗产业发展有限公司(一龄集团)订立增资协议(B轮投资协议)。根据B轮投资协议，本公司、一龄集团及和信康投资已同意认购北京和信康注册资本合共人民币540.48万元，总对价为人民币9100万元(北京和信康 B轮投资)。
北京和信康B轮投资完成后，本公司、一龄集团及和信康投资将分别实益持有北京和信康注册资本的27.02%、4.60%及21.71%。北京和信康将继续为本公司的受控附属公司，其财务表现将并入本公司的综合财务报表。
北京和信康为一家以人工智能为导向的公司。本公司将继续投资人工智能领域，期待与更多商业伙伴共同推动人工智能医疗技术的蓬勃发展。
