消息面上，中教控股公布截至今年8月底止全年业绩，营业额65.79亿元人民币(下同)，同比升17.1%。纯利4.18亿元，同比跌69.7%；每股盈利16.13分。派末期息10.28分，上年同期派13.53分。
截至2024年8月，集团全日制在校生约27万人，同比增长约9%，其中高等教育在校生22.4万人，同比增长约12.5%。2024/25学年集团于中国的成员学校的全日制新生人数约9.7万人，其中高等教育新生人数约8.4万人。
