Adani Green Energy (NSE:ADANIGREEN, BOM:541450) has incorporated a step-down subsidiary named Adani Hydro Energy, which is 100% owned by the company's arm, Adani Saur Urja (KA), according to a Tuesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The new company will deal in the generation, development, distribution, sale, and supply of power using wind energy, solar energy, or other renewable energy sources, the filing said.
