Shenzhen Highpower Technology (SHE:001283) said its indirect subsidiary Elong Power got listed on the NASDAQ on Nov. 22.
The industrial batteries manufacturer invested in Elong Power through wholly owned subsidiary Huizhou Haopeng Technology and indirectly held 1,727,196 shares of Elong Power, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
