智通财经APP获悉，宜搜科技(02550)跌近13%，截至发稿，涨12.89%，报11.76港元，成交额1.86亿港元。
消息面上，联交所最新资料显示，2024年11月18日-11月19日，宜搜科技遭执行董事赵磊在场内以每股均价8.746-16.9542港元合计减持631.1万股，涉资约5762.56万港元。减持后，赵磊最新持股数目为1934,284股，持股比例由2.51%下降至0.59%。
值得注意的是，宜搜科技的上市前股东约1.97亿股将于12月9日迎来解禁。近期公司发生多次存转仓异动。10月14日，宜搜科技发生转仓异动，转出经纪商为中泰国际证券，转入经纪商为元库证券，转仓比例为2.16%；11月14日，该股发生存仓异动，存仓比例为13.65%，存入经纪商为招银国际证券。
