Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8) ramped up mining activities at its Paulsens gold operations in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The mining firm is accessing high-grade mineralization at the project with mining activity anticipated as early as December, the filing said. Mining is underway at 11 out of 45 level accesses at the main zone.
Rehabilitation of the Jumbo area is also ongoing, with development starting earlier than expected, the filing added.
Additional employees and equipment are expected to be mobilized on site ahead of mechanized mining starting January 2025, as per the filing.
