就采购及销售金属矿物及相关工业原料业务而言，分类收益同比减少约61.1%至约2.55亿港元。此分类呈报的分类溢利同比减少约80.5%至约84.5万港元。集团于此业务中担任委托人，原因是集团与供应商及客户订立不同的销售及采购协议而承担存货风险，并可自由厘定所售产品的价格。
就宁夏华夏环保资源综合利用有限公司(环保公司)的生产及销售工业用产品业务而言，分类收益同比减少约49.5%至约3659.5万港元。此分类呈报的分类溢利由上年同期的分类溢利约782.1万港元减少约183.4%至本期间的分类亏损约652万港元。由于对环保公司副产品的需求减少，故本期间的副产品销售额下降。环保公司正尝试以更优惠的价格吸引更多销售，但暂时尚无明显效果。由于环保公司副产品的纯度较低，故环保公司需要持续调整其策略，以增加销售额并提高分类溢利。
