Viva Leisure's (ASX:VVA) subsidiary, Plus Fitness International, expanded its footprint in Southeast Asia with an area development agreement in Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The partnership will allow the subsidiary to acquire franchise groups in Southeast Asia, with similar agreements in the Philippines and Malaysia set to be finalized, the filing said.
The company's shares gained over 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
