智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，本公司作为资产受让方与资产出让方;承租人;及贵州工程于2024年11月27日(交易时段后)订立资产转让协议，资产出让方同意把融资租赁合同项下的租赁物所有权、应收租赁款债权、所有担保权益，以及资产出让方在融资租赁合同下需承担的全部相关义务转让给本公司，本公司同意受让该等租赁物及相关权利，并向资产出让方及贵州工程支付人民币13.71亿元的转让对价。
租赁物为防城港项目项下位于中国广西壮族自治区的风力发电设备。转让标的的评估值为人民币 13.71亿元。资产出让方不单独核算转让标的的税前及税后利润。
资产转让协议乃由本公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立资产转让协议有益于增加本公司融资租赁业务收入，符合本公司业务发展策略。
