智通财经APP讯，麦捷科技(300319.SZ)发布公告，为满足海外客户多方面需求，顺应国际化发展趋势，加快推进海外制造基地战略布局，公司拟通过全资子公司星源电子科技(深圳)有限公司(简称“星源电子”)向其在香港设立的子公司星达电子科技有限公司(简称“星达电子”)增资的方式在越南投资建设生产基地，投资金额不超过1000万美元。公司董事会同意星源电子以自有资金向星达电子增资1000万美元。
