国银金租(01606.HK) 公布，今日(27日)与南网融资租赁、防城港华时风力发电、贵州工程订立资产转让协议。
据悉，南网融资租赁同意将融资租赁合同项下的租赁物所有权、应收租赁款债权、所有担保权益，以及南网融资租赁在融资租赁合同下，需承担的全部相关义务转让给国银金租。据公告披露，相关租赁物为防城港项目项下位于中国广西壮族自治区的风力发电设备。
