Absorption chiller manufacturer Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems (SHA:600481) is increasing the capital of subsidiary Silicon Materials by 1.3 billion yuan.
Following completion, the registered capital of Silicon Materials will increase to 3.3 billion yuan from 2.0 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing.
The increase is expected to further optimize production efficiency and product quality as well as continuously improve market competitiveness in the monocrystalline silicon industry.
