智通财经APP讯，新焦点(00360)发布公告，有关纽福克斯光电收到上海市青浦工业园区征收补偿工作办公室所发出有关物业征收的通知。于2024年11月22日，纽福克斯光电与上海青浦工业园区发展(集团)有限公司(青浦工业园区集团，一间由相关政府机构拥有的公司)订立国有土地非居住房屋征收补偿协议。纽福克斯光电将根据其搬迁进度收取补偿约人民币3.70亿元以及职工遣散费(该补偿将根据政府的相关政策予以确认)。
根据征收补偿协议，直至纽福克斯光电完成水、电、煤、燃气、电信等变更或注销的相关手续，并腾空目标物业以办理交接手续，以及提供目标物业的所有权证原件(交接)后30个工作日内，纽福克斯光电将收取全部补偿。
根据征收补偿协议，除非在少数情况下另行延期，否则交接须于2026年12月底前完成。
纽福克斯光电将适时开始相关工作，包括但不限于寻找新土地及╱或用于搬迁其生产厂房而可能收购的物业。集团管理层将尽最大努力降低物业征收对集团的正常经营可能带来的不利影响。
