智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)公布，于2024年11月25日，公司接获非执行董事张立阳先生的书面通知，表示其已委任Zubin Jamshed IRANI先生(Irani先生)为其替任董事，自2024年11月27日起生效，直至张立阳先生于股东周年大会结束时退任为止。
于张立阳先生退任后，Irani先生亦将获委任为公司非执行董事以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员，该委任自股东周年大会结束起生效。
于2024年11月25日，董事会接获张立阳先生的退任通知，张立阳先生将退任公司非执行董事以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效。Bradley Jay HORWITZ将退任公司独立非执行董事、董事会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效。
此外，公司独立非执行董事钟郝仪女士将获委任为公司董事会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效。
