华富建业金融续订关连交易协议 年度上限达1.46亿港元
财中社11月27日电华富建业金融（00952）发布公告，计划续订与关连客户的持续关连交易，包括关连交易服务和关连保证金贷款。此次续订的年度上限为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，关连交易费和关连保证金贷款的建议年度上限均为3000万港元和1.16亿港元。公告指出，过去两年关连交易费的使用率较低，分别为5.8%和1.5%，而关连保证金贷款的使用率则相对较高，分别为26.2%和16.6%。
公司预计未来市场波动可能增加，因此在建议年度上限中加入约20%和10%的缓冲，以应对潜在的市场变化。公告中还提到，财务服务协议的条款被认为是公平合理的，且符合公司及股东的整体利益。预计将在2024年12月19日举行股东特别大会，以审议和批准该财务服务协议及建议年度上限。
