Elife Holdings (HKG:0223) said its chief financial officer, Chow Chi Fai, resigned due to his personal business engagements, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Wong Kwok Kuen will succeed Chow as the new CFO.
Changes are effective Nov. 26, the filing said.
