消息面上，中国旺旺发布截至2024年9月30日止六个月中期业绩，收益约108.77亿元(人民币，单位下同)，同比减少3.5%；毛利51.41亿元，同比增长0.8%；公司权益持有人应占利润18.63亿元，同比增长7.6%。
瑞银发布研报称，旺旺中期业绩逊预期，将目标价由6.5港元降至5.8港元，维持“买入”评级。该行认为公司收入和净利润表现均略低于市场预期，主要反映需求面的挑战。公司宣布不派发中期股息，与去年同期相同。该行将旺旺2025和2026财政年度的净利润预测分别下调8%和7%，以反映销售额与利润率的挑战。
