协合新能源子公司签署3.23亿元太阳能设备采购合同
协合新能源（00182）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司于2024年11月22日与供应商签订采购合同，购买总容量为500兆瓦的太阳能设备，代价约为3.23亿元。此次交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关公告规定。
根据合同，买方将按以下方式分期支付代价：预付款10%于履约保函后15日内支付，备料款20%于每批设备到货前30日内支付，发货款70%于供应商提供付款申请函后15日内支付。预计所有太阳能设备将在2025年12月底之前交付，代价将通过内部资源和/或借款支付。供应商将提供12年的保修服务，合同条款被认为是公平合理的，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
