美中嘉和(02453.HK) 公布，其控股附属公司北京和信康科技于昨日(25日)，已与其现任股东和信康投资及海南一龄医疗产业发展订立增资协议。
根据B轮投资协议，美中嘉和、一龄集团及及信康投资已同意认购北京和信康注册资本合共540.47万元人民币(下同)，总对价为9,100万元。
北京和信康B轮投资完成后，美中嘉和、一龄集团及和信康投资将分别实益持有北京和信康注册资本的27.02%、4.6%及21.71%。北京和信康将继续为美中嘉和之受控附属公司，其财务表现将并入美中嘉和之综合财务报表。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-11-25 16:25。)
