就向持有H股的股东派付中期股息而言，预期将向于2024年12月10日(星期二)名列公司股东名册的股东派付中期股息。为确定股东获发建议中期股息的资格，公司将于2024年12月5日(星期四)起至2024年12月10日(星期二)(首尾两日包括在内)暂停办理股东名册登记，于该期间内将不会办理股份过户登记手续。过户文件连同股票及其他适当的文件须于不迟于2024年12月4日(星期三)下午4时30分前，交予公司的H股股份过户登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司，地址为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712–1716号铺。于2024年12月10日(星期二)名列公司股东名册的股东将有权获发中期股息。
