消息面上，远东发展公布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收益约51.72亿港元，同比减少18.7%；股东应占亏损净额约7.7亿港元，同比盈转亏；每股亏损为港币27.3仙，中期股息为每股1港仙。
公告称，收益减少主要原因是落成及结算的住宅物业发展项目较去年同期减少。尽管来自物业发展的收益确认减少，惟该集团的经常性收入业务取得收益增长。
