智通财经APP讯，中星集团控股(00055)发布公告，于2024年11月29日，公司的全资附属公司中大印刷香港(作为租户)与业主巨丰(香港)有限公司就租赁该等物业订立租赁协议，自2024年12月3日起至2026年12月2日止(包括首尾两日)，为期两年。
该等物业为中国香港新界粉岭业畅街23号龙丰集团中心2楼202室。
公告称，该等物业自2021年12月3日起由中大印刷香港向业主租赁，并由集团用作储存集团印刷产品及资源的仓库。该等物业将于2024年12月2日届满的现有租赁不构成公司的须予公布交易。考虑到避免将仓库搬迁至另一物业而原应产生的费用，集团决定继续租赁该等物业，并用作租赁协议项下的相同用途。
