　　“第二十二届年度管理大会——中国式现代化：数智之道”于2024年11月28日在北京举行。

　　中国铁建国际集团有限公司董事长李重阳出席并发言。

　　李重阳表示，关于如何走出行业恶性竞争加剧的困局，我主要有三点思考：第一，走出去要规划咨询先行，只有掌控了前端，在项目承担过程中才能更加主动，这是体现我们基础能力的一个点；第二，在参与项目和培育自己能力的过程中，不要求大而全，从市场区域布局到产业或行业细分赛道上要找到自己的强项，或者在一定区域市场中培育出来的核心品牌要避免去做同质化竞争；第三，要在生产过程中尽量搞产业化和模块化，通常讲机械化换人，自动化减人，数字化赋能，在这种情况下尽量让我们建筑业产业化、模块化，降低成本，提升管理能力和水平。
