智通财经APP讯，花房集团(03611)发布公告，本公司接获联交所发出日期为2024年11月29日的函件(该函件)，通知本公司联交所上市委员会(上市委员会)于2024年11月28日对本公司的恢复买卖及上市地位进行审议，且上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消本公司的上市地位，此乃由于本公司未能于2024年10月2日前达成联交所所载的全部复牌指引及恢复其股份买卖(该决定)。该函件指出，除非本公司根据上市规则第2B章申请复核该决定，否则股份的最后上市日期将为2024年12月13日，而股份的上市地位将自2024年12月16日上午九时正起取消。
