China Investment and Finance Shrinks Loss in Fiscal H1 as Revenue Rises 24%

China Investment and Finance Group (HKG:1226) shrank its attributable loss for the six months ended Sept. 30 to HK$7.0 million from HK$27.7 million in the year-ago period, a Thursday bourse filing said.

Loss per share stood at HK$0.0169, down from HK$0.0671 in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.

The agricultural and financial services provider saw its revenue for the half year rise by 24% to HK$3.3 million from HK$2.7 million a year prior.
