智通财经APP讯，美瑞健康国际(02327)发布公告，于2024年11月29日(交易时段后)，公司与卖方苏州宇润置业有限公司订立协议，据此，公司同意收购及卖方同意出售该等物业，总代价为人民币1340万元。
据悉，物业位于中国江苏省苏州市昆山市周市镇金塘路65号。
公告称，考虑到该等物业的优越位置，集团认为该收购有潜力优化集团的收入基础和资产结构。集团亦认为此次收购将提供了更好的现金流，潜在的资本增值及未来更高的回报。
