　　2024年11月28日到29日，由《商业周刊》主办的“The Year Ahead 2025展望峰会”在上海举办。

　　美国环保协会（EDF）气候高级主任赵小鹭在演讲中表示，实现“气侯变化大会”提出的目标：到2030年全球可再生能源装机要上升3倍。

　　这势必要依赖可再生能源行业的规模化和效率提升，中国在其中也不可避免的扮演一个至关重要的角色。

　　而跨国行业在这个过程中首当其冲感觉到风险，他们面临挑战主要来自于三个方面：

　　（1）金融机构的压力。

　　（2）更强的政府监管。2019年只有全球16%的国家提出来“近零排放”目标，现在达到90%。

　　（3）更透明的信息披露。

　　赵小鹭还表示对于碳排放的管控不仅管控直接排放，还要管控间接排放，也就是我们平时说的“范围一、范围二、范围三”的排放。现在最新的概念是“范围四”的排放，叫“避免排放”。

　　也就是说，企业要将环境友好服务以及技术产生的减排考虑其中。这给大家提供了一个全新的维度来考虑一个企业怎么能在全球的供应链体系中降低自己的二氧化碳排放水平。
