智通财经APP获悉，11月28日，长风药业股份有限公司向港交所主板提交上市申请书，中信证券、招银国际为其联席保荐人。
据悉，长风药业专注于吸入制剂，并将产品组合定位于呼吸系统疾病，包括哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和过敏性鼻炎。公司首个获批产品CF017（治疗支气管哮喘的吸入用布地奈德混悬液），2021年5月获批后，迅速纳入中国集中采购(VBP)计划。
长风药业创新药进展不断加速，积极探索如脂质体及siRNA在内的创新吸入制剂剂型，并将治疗领域扩展至包括中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病及抗感染在内的新疾病领域。公司也在开拓新的治疗方法，如支气管内活瓣(EBV)，并为治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)及肺动脉高压(PAH)等严重影响患者生活的疾病开发潜在的同类首创或中国首创治疗方法。
此外，长风药业正在加速国际化布局，与中国、美国及欧洲等主要市场和东南亚及南美等新兴市场进行20多个候选产品的全球开发，预计在未来四年内至少有五种产品获批。目前，长风药业已获得一项FDA的NDA批准，即GW006(治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD) 的阿福特罗雾化溶液)。
