智通财经APP讯，成实外教育(01565)公布截至2024年8月31日止年度业绩，收益约9.55亿元，同比增长25.3%;毛利约3.13亿元，同比增长24.2%;公司拥有人应占溢利4500.9万元，同比增长39.5%;经调整净溢利6991.3万元，同比增长22.2%;每股基本及摊薄盈利 1.5分，建议派付末期股息每股0.25港仙及特别股息每股0.50港仙。
公告称，益增加乃主要由于学费、住宿费及食堂营运费增加与集团学生入学人数增加相一致;及非学历教育服务费及海外升学咨询服务费增加的合并影响所致。
