映宇宙董事会人事变动：杜永波、李珲辞任，郑丛楠任独立董事
财中社11月29日电映宇宙（03700）发布公告，宣布自2024年11月29日起，杜永波和李珲辞任独立非执行董事，原因是需要投入更多时间处理个人事务。杜永波辞任后不再担任薪酬委员会主席和提名委员会成员，李珲辞任后不再担任提名委员会及审计委员会成员。董事会对他们在任期内的贡献表示感谢。
同时，公告还提到，陈勇被委任为审计委员会和提名委员会成员，而郑丛楠被任命为独立非执行董事，并担任薪酬委员会主席和提名委员会成员。郑丛楠拥有11年硅谷技术团队领导经验，曾在多家知名技术教育公司和零佣金股票交易平台担任技术团队负责人，其任期为三年，年薪为15万港元。郑丛楠确认符合独立性标准，并与公司其他董事、高级管理层及主要股东无任何关系。
