智通财经APP获悉，宜搜科技(02550)午后跌超10%，昨日尾盘曾拉涨近30%。截至发稿，跌9.85%，报10.8港元，成交额1.42亿港元。
消息面上，宜搜科近日发公告称，栾凌先生已辞任非执行董事及董事会薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)成员，以便分配更多时间予家庭及处理个人业务；诸葛庆晨先生因健康理由已辞任非执行董事；及甘鸣皋先生已辞任非执行董事及董事会审核委员会(审核委员会)成员，因其希望将更多关注及精力投入到其家庭。均自2024年12月2日起生效。
值得注意的是，港交所近期公布本次调整的可卖空股本证券名单，本次纳入沽空标的的股票总共有35只，11月8日即可生效，其中宜搜科技在列。此外，上市前股东约1.97亿股即将于12月9日解禁，且公司自上市以来多次发生存转仓异动。
